This card has no requirement effect text that prevents playing the card.
Effects that cause phases to be skipped during a turn are combined to only affect the same phase. The same phase can be skipped multiple times due to multiple effects in the same turn and fulfill any requirement effect.

If there is no beginning of turn phase, beginning of turn effects do not occur. If a requirement that states "If this card is in your Stable at the beginning of your turn,", The requirement is not fulfilled without a beginning of turn phase to verify.
